Classes

*All yoga classes on the schedule are 60 minutes or 75 minutes in length. Classes are in a heated studio using Infrared Heat. 
*Yoga classes are listed as 'Hot 60' or 'Hot 75' on the schedule - the number following 'Hot' refers to the length of the class. Refer to the descriptions below for information on specific classes. 

Standard Classes

Hot 60
60 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates flow sequences and structured asanas that work on breath, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. When life gets in the way, take 60 minutes out of your day for a challenging, sweaty, and empowering hour of yoga!

Hot 75
75 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates elements of Absolute Hot Yoga series including flow and structured asanas. Work on strength and balance by focusing on alignment and core stability. Leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed with more energy to carry out your day.

Hot 50/60/75

Jump Start Power Hot 50
50 minute hot yoga class. Start your morning off right with a challenging, sweaty yoga power hour. Come by for some sweaty fun and leave with energy for the rest of your day!

Rooted in Reggae: Hot 60
Let Bob Marley and the sweet sound of reggae music add to your hot yoga experience. You will find this class challenging and sweaty, but you will feel the true effects of yoga as a moving meditation with reggae music in the background.

Electronic: Hot 60
Looking to jam out to electronic music and burn calories while getting pumped for the night ahead? Try our 60 minute hot yoga class for some sweaty fun and a high energy workout.

Lively Up Yourself: Hot 60
Lively up your lazy Saturday morning with a 60 minute empowering hot yoga class! 

Jammin': Hot 75
Dance your way through our 75 minute hot yoga class with the sounds of sweet music playing throughout the practice. Get ready for a night on the town AND get in shape during this challenging class!

Morning Vinyasa: Hot 60
 
Start your day with an upbeat and mindful yoga practice. This 60 minute class will use the breath as a guide to still the mind, strengthen your body, and awaken your spirit!

Yoga Core & More: Hot 60
This 60 minute class begins with a 10 minute warm up, followed by 40 minutes of core and glute strengthening, and ends with 10 minutes of stretching after an intense workout. Yoga Core & More focuses primarily on the fitness aspect of yoga - moving at a faster pace & incorporating sections of class specific to improving core strength to add to your overall yoga practice! This class is for all levels focusing on stamina, balance, strength, and stability. Get ready for a total body workout, leaving you sweaty and stretched out! 

Eclectic Flow: Hot 60
