Classes

*All yoga classes on the schedule are 60 minutes or 75 minutes in length. 
*Yoga classes are listed as 'Hot 60' or 'Hot 75' on the schedule - the number following 'Hot' refers to the length of the class. Refer to the descriptions below for information on specific classes. 

Hot 60
60 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates flow sequences and structured asanas that work on breath, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. When life gets in the way, take 60 minutes out of your day for a challenging, sweaty, and empowering hour of yoga!

Hot 75
75 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates elements of Absolute Hot Yoga series including flow and structured asanas. Work on strength and balance by focusing on alignment and core stability. Leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed with more energy to carry out your day.

Power Flow
60 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates flow sequences and structured asanas that work on breath, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels of practice.

Yoga Core & More: Hot 60
This 60 minute class begins with a 10 minute warm up, followed by 40 minutes of core and glute strengthening, and ends with 10 minutes of stretching after an intense workout. Yoga Core & More focuses primarily on the fitness aspect of yoga - moving at a faster pace & incorporating sections of class specific to improving core strength to add to your overall yoga practice! This class is for all levels focusing on stamina, balance, strength, and stability. Get ready for a total body workout, leaving you sweaty and stretched out!

Soul Power Flow: Hot 60
60 minute Power Flow. Level 1 or 2. Vinyasa Flow sequences and structured asanas that work on breath, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. Level 1 for ALL levels of practice. Level 2 for intermediate/advanced practitioners.

Kick Up & Flow: Hot 75
75 minute hot yoga class. Incorporates flow sequences and structured asanas that work on breath, strength, stability, flexibility, and balance. For the first 60 minutes, build strength to move upside-down. Use the last 15 minutes of class to practice specific inversions - all levels are welcome!

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow classes are challenging and invigorating yet suitable for all levels (including beginners). The aim is to open the flow of energy in the body through asana and some breath work. The first part the class flows through a few warm-ups and active asana sets with a strong emphasis on alignment, while the second phase is focused on deep opening and releasing postures, relaxation and preparation for Savasana.

Rock N' Restore
This class blends together a rockin' vinyasa flow with deeply restorative poses. The first half of the class is designed to ignite your inner fire through a creatively sequenced flow. We then balance out the body by bringing you into a blissful state of relaxation through longer held, restorative postures. Props and modifications are utilized to make this class enjoyable and accessible for yogis of all levels.
